Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of an e-gift card. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Follow the instructions to return/exchange your items. The credit may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. If an item is available for a straight exchange, the option will appear while completing a request through our returns portal. We will ship the exchange free of charge back to you. You are offered a prepaid shipping label at checkout. The label cost is deducted at checkout, please read the return summary. Please make sure your return request is approved prior to to shipping the item(s) back. If you choose not to use our prepaid label - please send us an email with your tracking number to paste into your return request. Our return portal automatically tracks the label we issue you therefore the return is processed based on the shipping status. When you use your own label, we manually process your return in order as received.
- All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sale.
- Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days.
- We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
- Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.

Please note that the store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).
MOD BOUTIQUE'S RETURN PROCESS:
1. Click here to start a return.
2. Enter your order number and zip code.
3. Click on the items you are returning.
4. Click on the reason for the return.
5. You can exchange for another size or item. This is called an instant credit exchange. The credit can be used immediately so that your items will ship to you quicker. You will still need to send back the items from your return using a prepaid shipping label. We now offer a $6 flat rate return fee no matter how many items are being returned. Fee's are deducted during the return process. Please read the information given in your return as to when you need to have your items returned to us if you chose instant exchange and chose new items - so that you are not charged for not returning those items. If you choose instant exchange and purchase items that are being shipped immediately, a hold will be placed on the card. Please note this is only a hold and falls off within 24-48 hours dependent upon your banking institute. This is not a charge and the only way you are charged is if the items you are returning do not come back.
5. Package your items up. We recommend using the package we sent the items to you in or package sizing closest in size to your items. Please do not use a shoe box as your return package, these will be refused and returned.

MOD Boutique uses real time shipping with USPS which is determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date as long as the items are currently in stock. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. UPS and USPS is our preferred shipping carriers. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS Sure Post(4-9 business days) If you require express shipping please check our UPS 1, 2 and 3 day selections. These are real time shipping rates through the carrier and are based on weight and destination.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. MOD Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (MOD Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, MOD Boutique is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
However, MOD Boutique will be held responsible if "MOD Boutique's Shipping Protection" is selected at checkout. Please visit our shipping protection page for further information!
Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. MOD Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
We are happy to offer an extended return period through the holiday season! All purchases made on or after November 13, 2023 must be received by MOD BOUTIQUE by January 22, 2024 or within 21 days of delivery date, whichever comes later. Purchases made with the 30% and holiday sales unless marked final sale, are all eligible for return. All other return guidelines remain intact, including our store credit policy and items marked final sale. Please refer above for general return guidelines. Please note: first time customer orders with an order value of $400+ will require a signature. This is to help reduce holiday carrier issues.
