~MOD Boutique's Return Policy and Shipping Procedures~
MOD Boutique uses real time shipping with USPS which is determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date as long as the items are currently in stock. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you require express shipping please be aware that this will be an additional cost to you and that it will be express mailed but does not mean that the order will be processed immediately unless you notify us to let us know immediately once you have placed your order that you have paid for expedite shipping.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. MOD Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (MOD Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, MOD Boutique is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. MOD Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Orders placed online must be returned via our return tab and cannot be returned in store for tracking and inventory purposes:
Items can only be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags MUST be attached. Please go to https://www.modboutiquevw.com/a/returns Follow the instructions to return your items. A return label will be sent to you once you have completed the return. *Our returns department will be unable to process your return, and item(s) will be returned to sender if the above criteria is not met. Items that are returned without a return label issued from MOD Boutique or without prior permission will also be returned to sender. All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are FINAL SALE. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items. Original shipping is non refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned.

IN STORE RETURNS:
You may not return:
SALE/CLEARANCE or discounted items, JEWELRY, accessories, online purchases, or gift certificates.
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE and discounted items are FINAL.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached within 14 days of purchasing.
If Returned Items do not meet the above criteria, a return will NOT be issued and the items will be sent back to customer.

Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
